Preparing for your appointment
Write down your main concerns and questions in advance. Bring a list of your current medications with doses, and any recent test results or reports. For a first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early [placeholder: confirm arrival instructions].
Documents to bring
Identification, your medication list, previous medical reports, laboratory results, vaccination records and, if relevant, imaging reports and hospital discharge summaries. Foreign documents in English, Portuguese, Romanian or Russian can be reviewed directly.
Appointment duration

Cancellation policy

Privacy

Emergencies
This practice does not provide emergency care. In a medical emergency in Portugal, call 112 immediately or go to the nearest hospital emergency department (urgências). For non-emergency health advice, the national health line SNS 24 is available on 808 24 24 24.
